This is the third video of Mr. Sot Sovan and Mrs. Khoy Thavin, a Kuy indigenous family living in Preah Vihear province, speaking about the hardships of debt and their experience seeking a resolution through the Compliance Advisor Ombudsman (CAO), the National Bank of Cambodia, and the institutions from which they borrowed money that received funds from the World Bank.
