This is the third video of Mr. Rocham Saing, a Kachok Indigenous person living in Ratanakiri province. This video continues his powerful story about facing problems with his debt. He tells of his experience seeking a resolution through the National Bank of Cambodia and with the microfinance institution from which he borrowed money, an institution previously funded by the World Bank.
